I have always been very involved in extra curricular activities. In high school, I was a Varsity Cheerleader (Captain during my junior and senior years), played on the Varsity Soccer team, and was a member of several Honors clubs and community service organizations. I am currently a member of Kappa Delta Sorority on the University of South Carolina campus, which has provided me with opportunities to get involved in the community and on campus through intramurals, service events, and fundraising activities for our philanthropies. Even with being involved outside of the classroom, education has consistently been my number one priority. I have maintained an excellent GPA while also experiencing the world around me - which I think is just as important as classroom learning!
